Survey: Survivors Don’t Report Assault, Say They Won’t Be Believed

This college survey found that fully one-third of respondents said they did not report the assault because they believed nothing would be done. Our trainings will emphasize that under Title IX, schools must investigate reported sexual assault and prevent retaliation against those who come forward.
